وأضاف: "سيتم تقديم هذا المشروع، بناءً على الأبحاث الواسعة التي تم إجراؤها، إلى 5 دول. يمكنني أن أؤكد بثقة تامة أنه مع أول عرض، ستوافق الدول المستهدفة، التي تم دراسة إمكانياتها لمدة 3 سنوات، على تنفيذ هذا المشروع كأولوية."
