Jafari clarified: We request the president to review the budget approvals and bills until we reach a single decision-making center in the field of the Qur'an, to support us and the deputy of the Qur'an and Atrat of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance only in the department of macro-policy and non-interference in executive affairs. to work and return the Qur'an to the people in its true meaning and free it from the hands of parallel organizations.
Jafari continued: As a Quranic teacher and activist, I do not see a good prospect in this method, and each of the Quranic organizations and institutions of the country have drawn a separate path for themselves, and they all agree on the two principles of holding competitions and holding meetings and circles with each other. are.
According to him, existing meetings, councils, orders and laws will not bring about any change, while we live in a time when the slogans and outputs of Quranic organizations end at the end of the same meetings and will not lead anywhere.
