The Islamic world needs a global federation for the Qur'an.
Topics such as Qur'an education in various languages and dialects, international Qur'an recitation competitions (which exist in significant numbers worldwide), attention to Qur'anic artists across different artistic disciplines (including visual arts), and the presence of over 4 million mosques and more than 4 million Qur'anic education institutions globally—all of these call for the establishment of a specialized organization in the form of a federation

Together with a group of competent experts from both inside and outside Iran, we have prepared a proposal for this initiative. We recommend that international organizations engage in dialogue with us so that we can share our experiences. The most effective approach would involve a neutral and economically and politically stable country taking the lead, establishing critical infrastructure for this federation. My team and I are fully prepared to collaborate and recommend this to countries that have already studied our proposal.
